Agreement to Terms
By accessing Brandon's Dating Instinct website, downloading any free guide, or engaging in any coaching program, you agree to these terms of service in full.
The Free Guide
All PDF guides and visual materials provided through this website are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose any guide or course material without prior written permission from Brandon's Dating Instinct.
Coaching Services — Standard Package
The standard coaching package is priced at $3,000 USD. This includes two weekly 1-hour coaching sessions conducted online via Zoom, course material uniquely designed and custom-tailored to the client's specific situation and goals, and access to a custom AI assistant built on the Dating Instinct principles for ongoing interactive support between sessions.
Client Integrity & Onboarding
Clients are expected to approach the onboarding process with full honesty and integrity. Accurate self-disclosure during onboarding — including your current situation, history, challenges, and goals — is essential to building a program that produces real results. Withholding relevant information or misrepresenting your circumstances limits the quality of coaching you receive. Brandon's Dating Instinct reserves the right to adjust or discontinue a program if a client is found to have been dishonest during onboarding.
Payment Plans
Payment plan arrangements are available and are discussed on a per-client basis. Terms, installment schedules, and flexibility are determined at Brandon's discretion during your strategy call. Any agreed-upon payment plan constitutes a binding financial commitment to the full program cost.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Brandon's Dating Instinct does not offer refunds on coaching programs, guides, or any other paid products or services once purchased or agreed upon. By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Results Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed. The effectiveness of any coaching program depends on a combination of factors — including but not limited to the quality of instruction provided and, critically, the client's own willingness to invest in themselves, apply the material consistently, and commit fully to the program. Even with full effort and commitment from both parties, specific outcomes cannot be promised. Brandon's Dating Instinct provides tools, frameworks, and guidance — the client is responsible for their own growth and results.

All content on this website — including guides, course materials, copy, AI tools, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Brandon's Dating Instinct and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
